Yes and I love it! I planted the blue for the first time this year
because I had such good luck with the red flax. I planted that in beds
which are seldom watered (1 or twice a month in the summer must survive
in the winter on rain).
The blue flax is with my new natives, which are being watered every 4
days til established (apx. a year) and have come back (or re-seeded)
every year for the last 4 years.
The flax would make a better show, but I also seeded Cosmo and I think
every single seed germinated and is producing 2-3' bushes, but if I
stand on the top of the wall I can see the blue flax and it is very
pretty.
