I bought several of these globes at a home & garden show. The only=20
thing they recommended is to used boiled (cooled down of course) or=20
distilled water. I've use it all the time. I have had more people=20
remark about it when they come over. The neatest thing is when the=20
flower absorbs the water. I put a white iris in mine and it=20
eventually became translucent. =20
