Also glad Bill speculated on where the criticisms were likely being 
posted, since it baffled me to see responses to criticism on this list, 
but not the source! Could be that that's why E-mail addresses are not 
automatically included on other forums I've observed -- if you have to 
lay it out there for everybody on a forum to read, maybe you're less 
likely to be cranky!

Anyway, this is a special place -- let's keep it light & happy.
