SPEC: CULT: aphylla

From: Bill Shear <BILLS@hsc.edu>

After a long wait, one of my aphylla x SDB seedlings is in bloom. It looks
like a straight, if somewhat smaller, aphylla except that it is blooming
now at the end of the SDB season. The color is also unlike aphylla--a nice
light lilac with deeper veining in the falls. The stalk is typical
aphylla, with a branch coming out at ground level and two more higher up.

Most of these seedlings bloomed years ago and were discarded. This one for
some reason has waited until now to bloom.
