I can not remember if the following photo collection has been mentioned
on the list before but it is worth noting as it will build up to be
quite a collection over time. It has a number of iris photos.
I might note that the pumila looks far more like aphylla to me -
certainly in colour. Any thoughts?

Ian, in Ottawa where exceptionally hot weather has meant that irises are
blooming all over the place, I.magnifica is particularly magnificent,
pumila, bucharica, lacustris, and a number of cultivars are coming out
to play!
