Ummm. There do be some older leaners and floppers, Dennis. I've got a bilious
yellow that was thrust upon me and announced as the last word in wonderful
that is going to be history-- in the colloquial sense of the world--- and
sooner rather than later.

I won't comment on the wisdom of taking that hybridizing tack since I rally
don't know about those things, but I do concur that some oldies have great
stamina and really nice branching. I might mention that some of the colors of
the 'sixties and especially 'seventies are pretty spectacular, too.
