I just purchased it at a local nursery. They had it in water with the
rhizome 2" deep. I have a friend that has a small pond. She wanted an iris
to plant in it. I got her one, of course I had to have one myself.
No blooms yet. The picture on the label, Falls veined reddish purple,
yellow in center edged white, Stds ? reddish purple edged white. Leaves
white/green variegated. 25" to 30" Partial sun.
I am ok with growing out of water. She wants an iris that will grow in
water. We are thinking small here. Pseudacorus is too big.
Thanks for the help so far.
