My French is a little rusty, but I don't think that has been resolved -
Keith, what happens if an iris is introduced on a website?  Do they have
to sell exclusively to US markets the first year of introduction?  If
they sell to both US and other markets simultaneously, would the iris
still be eligible for awards?  Does the website have to be in English?

Or do the plants have to be growing in US soil when they are introduced?
