No, but one of the questions I posed early on was if it would be ROM.  Thanks 
for your responses.  

Part of my concern is the idea of buying the same material over and over.  
And, the resistance it would meet from the buying public. 

The current process allows for choice.  I purchase the small yearly paperback 
at a nominal cost to stay current, and then purchase the larger hardback for 
the convenience of searching in only one book.  My paperbacks go into 
semi-storage once the large one is available.  

Is your proposal to replace the current paper system or to simply augment it? 
 Replacing it would run into resistance from the general membership.  We have 
members that are quite ANGRY at those that attempt to FORCE them into the 
computer age.  (Their view) Some feel passionately about this.  One gentleman 
turned bright red when discussing it and I feared for his blood pressure.  

Supplying both the paper version and the electronic version would add 
additional expense to the process.  The board might be resistant to this idea.  

Just some thoughts.
