I don't have any specific understanding of the entire process involved in 
getting the R & I information formatted into online database form, but I 
*think* I remember John saying that the process would be much easier now 
that the R & I info is computerized from start to finish.  Or am I 
remembering that all wrong?  In any event, it seems as though a delay in 
making the online R & I updates available is more than a little 
counterproductive to the success of the online project.  I'd like to hear 
the board's rationale for making such a decision.

As far as I'm concerned, the only thing shrinking about the base of 
volunteers is the work we're being asked to do.  I haven't been sent 
anything to do now in over a year!
