I would like to say that I am in favor of the two organizations resolving their differences. That will probably take some time.
However I think some clarification is necessary:

surprised here in Region 14 by AIS telling us it is not a good idea to involve
TBIS in any way with our 2004 AIS convention.
I am not saying that there are not other feelings among the AIS constituency, both pro and con establishing a relationship between the two organizations, but the reason TBIS cannot participate "as an organization" in the AIS convention is a legal one.
Individual members of TBIS (and there are a lot of AIS members that are members of TBIS) are welcome to register and attend the AIS convention just as are members of the Rose Society, any other organization or individual.
