I remember getting a catalog which had a rainbow in the background and I believe it was Austin that owned it. It was many years ago and I purchased quite a few iris through that catalog. I think all are gone from my former home and certainly from my current garden. Does anyone remember such a catalog? I thought it was wonderful because it listed so many iris that I had never heard of nor seen in Lewis County, WA where I lived at the time. Prices were reasonable and I remember one like WABASH or perhaps it was WABASH? I wonder if it was Lloyd Austin's catalog? It saw me through some long, cold, snowy winters.
Patti USDA zone 5 where we are now having a snowy winter though a few miles from here in one direction there is no snow and a few miles in the other direction the passes are a mess after very wet, heavy snow fall today.
