RE: iris DIGEST V1 #538

My Harvest of Memories is blooming right now. It has a tall stalk and 8
or 9 blooms. It's a wonderful iris.

Subject: [iris] HYB: REB: Tea Leaves, height

For anybody thinking of experimenting with TEA LEAVES crosses, the first
crop of 11 surviving seedlings produced rebloom stalks on 5 so far in a
cross with a non-reblooming child of IMMORTALITY. One stalk was about
36 inches tall, others are late so probably won't be able to get heights
before they freeze.

Although TEA LEAVES is erratic with bud count and branches, it usually
produces tall stalks here. Only other reliable rebloomers that reliably
produce tall stalks here are VIOLET MIRACLE and HARVEST OF MEMORIES.
