hyb: Looking for hybridizer info.

Does anyone have any information on these two hybridizers: Viktor
  Sholupov, and Viacheslav Gavrilin?  Both list themselves as introducing their 
iris.  I think they are both from Russia.  I stumbled accross them listed on iris 
register. I'm curious if their iris are available in the US.   I did some searches and 
didn't find anything. If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thanks Will
