Several of the clubs to whom I've given my presentation have only given 
me 45 mins-1 hr, so I am able to pare it down when necessary.  A lot 
depends on the number of questions they have at the end of my program.  
I'll keep talking as long as they keep asking.

Absolutely!  That's exactly what I've been doing.

Those are my failings.  I'm easily detoured off onto related tangents 
of iris discussion, and "short and sweet" is tough for me - definitely 
areas in need of personal improvement.
