So was looking for historic data, not current or future data. They have
records dating back before I started growing irises here (1970).
You had asked what conditions were when irises have bloomed in the past
here in summer?
The website I used is one that you posted:

They charge for data at my local station. It is <NOT> free.

purchase. If I miss a day, I can find it at the NOAA site. www.weather.gov>

The local station will create an ascii file of all the weather data I
could want, dating back as far as they have records, but they do charge
a fee for it.
