OT - Bulletin and Mail

The bulletin arrived yesterday.  One hour later the postal workers were 
locked-out-due-to-lack-of-mail/went-on-strike (choose your poison).

Generally this type of luck evens out.  I expect 1998 will be a horrible year 
for borer.
