I don't know if this idea would be feasible or permissible, but let me
express it. On the two Daylily Mailing Lists to which I belong, there are
image groups. The Images are sent out by the individual to those who
request to receive the images, and are not sent through the Listserver.
Membership in the Image Groups is voluntary. One can be a member of zero
Image Groups, or as many as they wish to join.
I don't know the feasibility of this, or if it would be permissible,
but it would let those who want to get images to do so without burdening
those who don't want them.
