I have never tried it, but as I remember the previous posts, several months is
generally no problem, 6 mo is still ok, but getting out to a year the
viability really starts to fall off. Viability vs time is probably a pretty
steep asmytotic curve.
I think the real key is keeping the pollen moisture free. Moisture is the
pollen killer.
I am sure somebody out there has something more difinitive to say.
