In a message dated 98-11-10 00:31:30 EST, you write:
<< I have a stalk of PINK ATTRACTION that was cut to keep it from freezing and
has been blooming in the house for a week. It smells heavenly. >>
Am I recalling correctly that OVATION has a decidedly scent-marked pong? I
brought a fine stem of that and HEATHER BLUSH home from an exhibition once--I
did not grow them-- and to keep them away from one of my cats who is
botanically inclined I put the vase in a cool room and shut the door. The odor
from one of them or both was primal to say the least.
