Ruth: The availablity of this list in hard copy has to be a source of
joy to almost every isarian. But why on earth only 50 copies? (Or am I
asking the wrong person?) Five hundred would be a more reasonable
number, and AIS could easily sell them and make a little money, for
which it always seems to be in need.
