This is a good point, but doesn't necessarily make me comfortable. If
there
is a chance, sooner or later there is going to be a gardener who lets the
seeds disperse either through carelessness, neglect or unpreventable
circumstances. When kudzu was imported, I'm sure the intention was not
to let it cover Mississippi in a green blanket of vines. These things
happen
because humans are dealing with a piece of vegetation which would have
been better left put. What means would spread the seeds beyond the
gardeners situation?
