Re: CAT: Oz question re: Blyth

Linda, The Big Sky Iris Club placed a club order with Blyth this past
spring. We ordered new introductions as well as a variety of intermediate
and dwarf iris. Most were planted in pots and protected from the last
freezes here in Montana. Several club members just planted them in the
ground. Whatever the reason (mixed up iris) we have had four or five
bloom. All have survived and are doing quite well. My Coffee Whispers
bloomed and another club member reported several blooms on Gaeltic (sp)
Jig. The bloom report was August -September as the nights get cooler here
then. We hope to place another order with them this next spring. We found
the prices quite reasonable and the packaging and shipping were
great. They arrived from Australia in less than a week. All were in
excellent shape and I do not think we lost one of them so far. Janet &
