Nick,
Set your frame up like this... shelves for the plants with maybe 18" between
shelves. Attach very light chain to the fixtures, to small hooks in the
bottom of the shelf above, and raise or lower the fixtures as the plants
need. It looks like a bookcase with extra room between the shelves.
