Ah, but will it bloom red?  I remember the German researcher at the turn of
the century who crossed radish and cabbage, hoping to get a plant with
cabbage tops and radish roots.  According to legend, the opposite happened.
As Franz Kafka wrote, "Not all we dream of comes true."  But we can
certainly wish them well in this interesting and exciting enterprise.
