I.rossii?

Thanx Jeff, I've heard of that book, but I don't have. I found some
terribly tiny iris in Funghuang Shan (Fenghuangshan), they were not
on sunny hillsides and meadows at forest edges as you said, but in
shady places under the rocks (the entire Fenghuangshan mountain was a
massive rock), and no meadows, just a few this iris on the rocks,
about 1cm- 5cm tall. It is said that they bloom beautifully and in
three colors though they were from the same place: some were pink,
some were light pink, and some were purple. Really interesting. I am
not sure if they were real I.rossii for I didn't see their flowers
and nor seeds.

And Gene, do you have pic of your I.rossii? May I share it on the Net?
I've visited your webpage, very pretty plants and glad to see many
were already Sold Out.:)
Many thanks,
Joanna
