My solution was to mulch between my rows. . .I used grass clippings, wood
chips from my chipper, leaves mixed with grass clippings.. . . what ever was
available when I needed it. I've used cardboard (covered with grass
clippings), newspaper, shredded newspaper. . . I preferred the organic
materials however but in a pinch. . .
Doris Elevier, El Paso, TX Zone 7, AHS 9-10 Hot and dry but getting cooler.
