Here are some of the 24 chromosome (diploid) beardeds that I found in
my searching, so far:
Dalila
Gajus
Jacquesiana
Khedive
Loreley
Malvina
Mrs. Horace Darwin
Neglecta
Quaker Lady
Taj Mahal
Thorbecke
These are some more that I'm guessing are also diploid from there
parentage, offspring or class (many of the old MTB's are diploid):
Chickee
Honorabile
Rosemary's Dream
Sherwin-Wright
Velvet Bouquet
Yellow Flirt
Zula
And Thanks Laurie, for the observation about Elsa Sass, I found out
that it's a 50 chromosome iris, and so should probably interbreed
with modern 48 TB's. I'll have to get it. And Tokatee Falls, I not
sure yet what its count is, but I'll keep checking around.
