And you are saying this would work on a Unix workstation???

Okay, I'll bite, if you ever want to produce some sort of test file, I'll be
happy to, er watch it not run on my workstation at home...
I can also try it on RH Linux, MacOS, and other unix'es. Hmmmn, guess I do
have a certain prejudice here!
