Usually you would have been talking about the fat soluble vitamins but
Simvastin did a vitamin E study and found that on 200 mg a day you could
prevent heart attacks. At the American Heart association Scientific
presentation of the results they personally recommended that you take 400 mg
a day. That is way over the FDA/ USAgricultutral recomendations. Thier
recomendations are for minimal existance, those vitamins and minerals for
life support, not optimum health. SO the real question is do we take Ginko
Biloba for brain power retention or not?? And Glucosamine and Chondriton for
our arthritis and achey breakey hands that hoe?
