I can only report on limited experience in zone 8 ...most dwarfs flower
sparingly
and many not at all...but I can report fair blooming and sometimes rebloom
on:
DARKLING
DARK CRYSTAL
SMELL THE ROSES
sparse spring bloom on: KIWI SLICES, CHINA PEACH, and AZURE SKIES.
Many others are on a wait and see basis, being new. I'd LOVE someone to
work on improving that situation. Anyone willing????
