I found this listed in JohnnySeeds.com. Johnny's is a marvelous seed Co. I
have been dealing with them for 12-15 years. They are also in deer country .

Deer dining on your ornamentals?

A proven deterrent is Hinder. Try it if you have shrubs and herbaceous
perennials that you want to protect from winter deer damage.
