Re: my first REB: ever,

Yes, Dave, I get that thrill after all these years whenever I have a
rebloomer. Even IMMORTALITY reblooming as now is delightful to see, and that is an
old reliable after it once finds a "home spot" it likes. Years ago someone said
that it took 5 years for it to decide to rebloom in a new place! Right now
I'm thrilled with RASPBERRY FROST. And FRERE ANDRE is showing blue, so I
hope there is no frost for a while! This small showing of rebloom among my
hundred or so, means a lot to me because all my irises were dug this summer and
replanted -- and the replanting was/is late because of the weather we had (too
much rain along with Hazel etc) plus not having help when everything else was
optimum. I'm happy to say all the beds look good and they seem to be taking
root, judging by that center spear showing!

I'm sending a private email separately to ask about your city, rather than
cluttering up with non-iris talk. Rosalie nr Baltimore,USA zone 7 where the
weather can't make up its mind. ryfigge@aol.com
