Re: HYB: another blend (photo posted)

This rebloom seedling from IMMORTALITY X PINAFORE PINK is one whose
pigments I'd like to understand before spring daubing season gets here.

Neil, Chuck, others if you have time to help me figure this out, like
Betty, I'm really grateful for any and all help you folks freely give.
I hope my constant questions and the answers/discussion they stir up are
useful to others and don't annoy the rest of you too much.

Some tttt is present on the falls - beards look orange, I don't think I
did any pigment extraction on this one - but it looks like that muddy
pink color that blue and pink make. This is the only part of the
pigment in this seedling that (I think!) I understand: IMM has produced
some pink offspring, so it is known to be at least tt. So crossed with
tttt from PINAFORE PINK, it can produce tttt seedlings. But I don't
understand why it is only present on the falls and not all the way to
the rims or on the standards.

The ground color is yellow - thanks to the rolled up fall petal, I can
say the yellow is in the standards, shoulders, and a rim around the
falls. But I don't understand <where> the yellow came from.??

The falls also have blue on the shoulder veins and look like they have a
blue wash. That part is easy - IMMORTALITY has the same thing.

Or is that pink actually not pink, but some kind of blue & yellow mix
that just looks pink, with the yellow coming from PINAFORE PINK (i.e.,
with the pink pigment path switched from pink to yellow)?

If pink is tttt, is yellow that comes from the same pathway yyyy (or
whatever initial it has)?

Ow - I'm not sure my aging brain is able to <do> this...

Bottom line - can I get pink amoenas from this ugly little thing?
