Sorry - I write on the strips of siding with a paint pen, so can't really answer your question. The paint sticks very well, comparable to the window blinds.
<Do labels stick to the siding?>But this is vinyl siding, presumably similar to window blinds made of vinyl, so I guess the labels would stick to it, if they stick to the window blinds.
The sloppy way I'm slicing these into strips, they aren't going to look as neat as your pieces of plastic pipe ;-(, but plastic pipe would be nearly impossible to push into the ground here with all the gravel & rock.
