OT: snow and Region I meeting

	Here in the eastern mountains the white stuff appeared as well.

	Marky Smith spoke at our Region I meeting yesterday in MA.
	She is, of course, doing fantastic things with medians (IBs and
	SDBs) and her talk accompanied by her slides showing the path she
	has taken and how she got there was riveting.

	Next month, New England hosts the AIS Board Meeting and from
	what we have heard, I wouldn't miss it for the world. I like
	fireworks.
