That's really great to hear as I really didn't know a thing about growing
MEDs when I ordered them. I only bought my first iris book afterwards...

There are 5 new increases in Bed Time Story right now, and the most shy one
at the moment seems to be Butter Pecan. I find it so difficult to have to
wait until next Spring before they bloom :-))!

Shenanigan was really the iris which picture caught my eye in an iris
catalog, and which made me want to plant some irises this year and not to
wait until next, when I would have hopefully had time to find out more
about them first.

Max. temperature 34C (93F), minimum about -10C (14F), usually no snow.
When it gets this cold here, it is considered "arctic"!
Rain 695mm (about 27") per annum. This year, though, has been unnormally
cold and wet as it has rained almost every day since April!!! I have not
had to water the garden at all!
