The Dykes' book that I have on loan is not the 1924 book but the 1911
one, #2 among the four listed by Dave Silverberg. The 1924 book is
mentioned frequently in other books but, so far, I have not found
reference to the 1911 book. It is well worth reading from the
historical perspective.
