Dear Iris Friends:  I have not had any significant amount of rot this year.
Some of the new baby seedlings rot, but I pay no attention at all to that.
I want only the hardy ones. I think you got a lot more moisture than we -
the hurricane rains did not reach us here in Durham. My iris are not in
raised beds except for the medians out front. I think that the choice of
varieties is perhaps the most important of all in respect to how much rot
