When the Northridge earthquake happened--items in the house which were on
the north and south side of rooms went back and forth sideways--items on the
east and west side went back and forth--sideways--depending upon which side
of the room, the furniture either did not fall down when going side to side,
but did fall down when going front to back--so it depended upon which side
of the room--what just swayed and what fell over--My son lived at about the
epicenter of the Northridge quake, and we saw the damage to furniture on the
different walls--
Here in Montana--little known fact--we are the 4 th highest state for
earthquakes--and to think I left Calif--happy with the thought that I would
not be going through them again--
The next time you have a bloom on a rebloomer--just appreciate it!! How
would you like to grow many many rebloomers--who never rebloom? I think
that the heat and where you are located--maybe in center area --from ocean
to ocean-of U.S. might have something to do with rebloom--when I send my
rebloomers to someone in other areas--they usually do rebloom the next
year--but rarely here!!At least 7 months till another Iris bloom
here!!Carryl zone 3/4 western Montana--where most the leaves decided to
come down in one day--piles all over!!
