Sounds to me like Leslie has all the pertinent data there and this is
also what we put on ours. The only other thing we put on ours is
something we stole from John Jones <G>. We are adding a checkbox to the
tag. This will be a place that we can denote whether or not we have a
picture of the iris. If we have any picture then we will mark a slash
in the box with a Sharpie. If we have a GOOD picture then we will mark
an X in the box with the same Sharpie.
