It is rather late in this climate to transplant iris.
You say "bulbs"....are these bearded irises?
You really don't want to "wake them up" going into
winter. The plants are normally going into a dormant
phase at this time of year. Too much green growth
at this time is not good. You have probably done all
that is possible at this time.
