Some treated lumber is soaked in copper arsenate.
I do not know what the sawdust would do for the 
plants, but the dust and leaching is not good for 
humans or pets. (give the squirrels all they want)

It is also recommended that scrap treated lumber is
not burned, either indoors or outdoors where you may 
inhale the smoke. It would be a good idea to check your
lumber source to see what you have.
