On the other hand, when Sutton's inadvertently sent me WALTZ ACROSS TEXAS
instead of WINESAP (as evinced by bloom color the following spring) Mike
sent me multiple replacements at planting time. I had enough WINESAPS to
make applesauce, had I been so inclined.

Very sorry to hear what happened to you. I noticed that Lucy Harris
named the
grower where she purchased the Iris that have given her so much trouble,
but
you did not. All you give is states. If the growers were so bad and
treated
you badly, don't you think you should let us know who they are, so that
we
will not order from these growers, especially those of us who are new to
IRIS
growing and where to purchase iris. Lucy's problem was that the rhizomes
rotted, it appears that your complaint was regarding the colors of the
flower
itself.
