Usually don't take the time during replant to send messages, since this
one concerns our garden I will Make the time. We have shipped thousands
of orders over the past several years. Yes, sometimes a few iris might
be damaged in digging, packing or transit. We always try to enclose
several intro's or newer varieties as extras in case an iris or two does
not survive the trip, new location, new owners planting habits, or just
decieds to die for no apparent reason. Upon notification we usually
refund or replace if the season allows, sometimes replacemnt has to wait
to following year and is shipped with that years order. At no time have
we ever asked to be paid "again" for any iris that does not survive, we
have even replaced "extras"!! We are lovers of iris, growers of iris,
promoters of iris and business people as well. We want everyone who
purchases or is gifted with iris to be happy. lorraine at Woodland iris
