Tom, I assume you are talking about the one-year 1999 checklist?
I only say that because I am looking at the decade book ending
in 1999 and my copy looks fine. I do use it but I have not gone
over it with a fine-toothed comb. It may be replete with errors
for all I know.

I would think where you purchased it?

The only other yearly checklist I have is 2000 and that looks ok
at a cursory glance.
