AIS book problems

Hello Iris Talkers:
A few weeks ago I ordered the new AIS 1999 checklist. I examined it last
evening, and discovered that the book contains a total of 37 additional
pages, the first chapter is included twice, plus there is printing on the
end papers.
They are royally messed up.
Who do I contact relative to getting a replacement? And have any of you
heard of this problem before?
If you have purchased the 99 checklist and not examined it, I suggest you
should do so.
