Here's another reason to have a printed copy of the lists.  Sometimes
computers stop working.  This could happen at the source or at the user's
end.  When things are down, you can't access them.  I've numerous times
been kept waiting to get research or work done when the computer at home or
work was down, and I've had to wait till things started working again.
Usually this is a minor inconvenience, but it can at times amount to a
disaster.
