I use Daconil (copper based), Bonomyl (a systemic), and a new one called Excel (a sytemic) by Organic Laboratories) in rotation. DO NOT use the Bonomyl first and then the Daconil as the copper in the Daconil reacts with the Bonomyl one it has gotten into the plant. This is labelled on the package of the Bonomyl I'm pretty sure. I'm not sure if it is labelled on the Daconil as such. The Excel is compatible with both and have tried it, and it works just fine in combination with no toxicity.
So here my a scenario.
This what I did this year and it work very well and really tackled my leaf spot problem All I need to do is apply the spray program (and yes to the whole garden, all 300 sq. ft of it) again as I still have a few hot spots to take care of.
I sprayed the Daconil the first time in the Spring when you would start seeing fungal leaf spots or before when temp reach about 68 F. A week later spray the Bonomyl. Bonomyl is supposed to last upt to three months, but I have found that by the time the iris have stopped blooming the Bonomyl has has decreased its concentration in the plant because the plant has grown quite a bit. The leaf spots started to show some again. I then foliar sprayed the Excel just in case the Bonomyl is still present and avoid toxicity to the plant. This should do for the rest of the Summer (for me) as it is usually pretty dry hear in the Summer and the Fungal leaf spot is inactive (mostly). If it stays warm and wet for your climate you could spray with either Excel or Bonomyl for that third application. I would just not apply the Bonomyl two times in a row to avaoid toxicity as it mentions on the label. If it has been three months since your Bonomyl application you could use the Daconil again. I would do a general foliage clean up if needed before doing so.
The spreader stickers I used have been varied, but mostly I used Capsil and a few of the others from varied sources. None has had any particularly noticable differences other than it takes less of the Capsil to do the job and per application and is essentially cheaper by the dose than the others. Plus the Capsil came in a 1 Gal jug.
I get the Capsil from a wholesale greenhouse supple store. The others I got from garden supply shops (not Home Depot or Lowe's).
I also got the Excel form the garden supply shops (not Home Depot or Lowe's).
