I don't have fungal leaf spot, but I get bacterial leaf spot all the time.
Whenever I spray, for this problem or some other, I simply use antibacterial
dish detergent (I've also used the plain, not antibacterial, or some kind of
soap) for a sticker.  Seems to work, and the antibacterial detergent also
kills the bacteria that cause leaf spot.  Cheap.
